Consider This…

Grace and peace to you from God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ. 2 Thessalonians 2

Last week I blogged about how the words we speak and write can affect people. Let me come to a conclusion here about the words we use.

12 for the Holy Spirit will teach you at that time what you should say.” Luke 12:12

We of the Christian faith should be aware the there are times that when we speak it is the Holy Spirit that is talking. Often we speak of the Christian faith and/or our personal testimony it might very well be the Holy Spirit that is talking through us as explained in the scripture above and below.

“The Spirit of the Lord spoke through me; his word was on my tongue. 2Samuel 23:2

Some people may not realize this and others would scoff at the thought but it is true that as Christians we are given the Holy Spirit so that we will speak of God’s love and the teachings of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior and of the Holy Spirit that dwells in all Christians.

38 And Peter said to them, “Repent and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins, and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. Acts 2:38

So the Holy Spirit dwells in all Christians and it is a gift from God. We of the Christian faith should learn to realize that the Holy Spirit guide us in all things in our life…even speaking or writing words.

Remember:

16 For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. John 3:16

God bless all that read this with His love, light, grace, mercy, and wisdom. In the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior. Amen.

21 The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen. Revelation 22:21
