I started to write today’s blog, and as I did, it became increasingly long. As I neared the end of the blog, I realized too late that I had been ranting more than blogging. Let me start over with…

Anyone of the Christian faith knows this scripture and realizes the truth contained therein. Here is another gem of truth…
7 Then the Lord God formed a man[a] from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living being. Genesis 2:7
This makes my point that our Heavenly Father God Almighty created this world, and He created man to live on this world.
Humankind is not better than our Heavenly Father God Almighty, although some people do not believe and think that they can rule the world and its people. These people usually occupy the ranks of politicians, political leaders, and world leaders. This year is no different from any other election year: name-calling, mudslinging, arguments over who is better, and lots of finger-pointing. In the Old Testament, many people have sought our Heavenly Father, God Almighty, for counsel and wisdom. Did you know that our Heavenly Father, God Almighty, gave bread where there was none, meat fell from the sky, and water gushed out from a rock?
Some politicians, political leaders, and world leaders cannot do what our Heavenly Father, God Almighty, does, but claim they can do many things for the sake of getting the votes needed to be elected into office. Often they fail because they do not reach out in truth, compassion, love, forgiveness, wisdom, kindness, mercy, and grace.
Man decided to have man rule over them when they already had a king in Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior.
16 On his robe and on his thigh he has a name written, King of kings and Lord of lords. Revelation 19:16
And
6 For to us a child is born, to us a son is given; and the government shall be upon his shoulder, and his name shall be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. Isaiah 9:6
Man’s arrogance is that man thinks he is better than our Heavenly Father, God Almighty okay maybe not all of humankind, but certainly some politicians, political leaders, and world leaders. In the Old Testament, many people, including kings, consulted with our Heavenly Father, God Almighty, always with good results, well, except for the ones that did not follow our Heavenly Father, God Almighty’s decrees, commandments, and regulations. Needless to say, anyone who follows, believes in our Heavenly Father, God Almighty, and follows His commandments, regulations, and decrees will be blessed and receive good counsel.
So the moral of this blog is simple: repent of your sins, accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, and pray this prayer.
Dear Lord,
I admit that I am a sinner. I have done many things that don’t please you. I have lived my life for myself only. I am sorry and repent of all my sins. I ask that you forgive me. I believe that you died on the cross for me to save me. I come to you now and ask you to take control of my life; I give you my life. From this day forward, help me to live every day for you and in a way that pleases you. I love you, Lord, and I thank you that I will spend all eternity with you. Amen
