Consider This…

Grace and peace to you from God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ. 2 Thessalonians 2

I have been living with my parents for the last 10 years and because of my nursing background for the last 7 years I have been taking care of them. With the passing of my dad I have become parent-less and unsure of the path ahead of me.

In recent days I have discovered a fault within myself…I do not have the necessary amount of trust in God that I should have as a Christian. I have found it easier to trust my own decisions and that of other people. I thought I trusted God but I have come to realize not as well as I should.

Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding.
In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths.
Proverbs 3:5-6

My future and my path are uncertain now and I need to put all of my trust in our Heavenly Father God Almighty in all things with a greater trust than before.

I believe that all Christians have a trust in our Heavenly Father God Almighty but I also think that Christians have varying levels of trust in Him. We as Christians and as people sometimes rely too heavily on our or other people decision making process and judgments rather than putting our trust in God… or may be its just me.

It is better to take refuge in the Lord than to trust in man. Psalm 118:8

Remember:

16 For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. John 3:16

God bless all that read this with His love, light, grace, mercy, and wisdom. In the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior. Amen.

21 The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen. Revelation 22:21
